Pacific Sunrise is the eighth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Pacific Sunrise and 50% Mosaic hops. The aroma is filled with ripe tropical citrus fruits with an underlying resinous tone. The taste is juicy yet creamy, showcasing intense mango fruitiness, tangerine citrus notes, and a hint of bitterness from orange peel.
